After hearing about some non typical partnering collaborations and after a year like no other, we decided to take a closer look at food fusion and innovation.

We start with a plant-based ice cream taste test and look at how marketers dial up the 'need' for their products with innovative and sometimes gimmicky ideas. How we pay, how we consume, how we order, how we prepare and how we connect with suppliers all gets covered in this episode.

It's not all about food, beverages are getting a lot of attention as well. Beside soft drinks, alcoholic innovation, particularly with beer is everywhere. 

Then we finish with a couple of real oddities; pea milk, DNA based diets and circular (zero waste) production.
