Can I reserve frozen products?

Yes! If stock permits, shop online and select pickup on checkout. Once you get your order confirmation that we've reserved stock for you come and visit us!

Can I get frozen products shipped to me?

Sorry, we do not offer postage on frozen items.

You may opt to organise your own courier to pickup your Click & Collect order on your behalf, however once the items have left the premises no refunds will be given.

The courier is to be organised by the customer after a click & collect order is marked ready for pickup. Couriers must be aware that these products must be kept frozen through out the delivery journey in order to maintain the integrity of the product.

USAFoods is not liable for any self-courier pickup damages caused by defrosting or any other damage in transit.
