All parcels sent by USAFoods are shipped by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Services. If you would like to choose your carrier please let us know in the comments box in your shopping cart page.
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery time, cart weight and distance from our warehouse located in Moorabbin, Victoria.

We're a small family owned business that strives to ensure we meet the criteria for your estimated delivery time-frame. Selling imported grocery items nationwide is very challenging. It takes us significant time and packaging materials to ensure each unique order arrives without damage.
We generally dispatch your order in 1-3 days. You should usually see your order arrive within a week.
Your order is placed in a queue for fulfilment. It will ship regular shipping services. This is a discounted shipping rate to offset the lengthy time it will take to arrive. It generally takes 12-16 days to dispatch.
Next Day Local Delivery* - Delivered Emission Free in our American Made Electric Vehicle: Tesla Model S. Available for select postcodes local to our Melbourne Store.

Pick up from our store in Moorabbin, Vic. Orders are generally ready within 24 hours. Please ensure you receive your pickup ready confirmation email before collecting your order otherwise we may not be able to service you. Pickup not available on Sundays.
Please check your local food importing laws before purchasing as confiscated items from your local customs and quarantine laws will not be refunded or replaced.

Damaged and missing parcelsFor all inquiries about your shipped parcel please contact us via the chatbox or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please refrain from calling our shop as they are not equipped to help you with your issue.
If you would have any issues and would like us to review any damage, please provide us proof and we will review the claim within 7 days after your order is received.
