All parcels sent by USAFoods are shipped by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Services. If you would like to choose your carrier please let us know in the comments box in your shopping cart page.
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery time, cart weight and distance from our Moorabbin VIC warehouse. There are two options:
A discounted shipping rate, but goes to the back of the queue and is sent via standard services.
A premium faster delivery service that jumps the queue and is sent via priority services.
Our items take lots of time and care to pack! We're a small family owned business that strives to ensure we meet the criteria for your estimated delivery time-frame.
The delivery time-frame is presented at checkout and can be found in your order confirmation email under the shipping field.
Please check your local food importing laws before purchasing as confiscated items from your local customs and quarantine laws will not be refunded or replaced.
Holiday Cutoff dates:
- Thanksgiving: November 18th.
- Christmas & NYE: December 16th.
- 4th of July: 22nd June.
Pickup option is available for Melbourne customers. There is no extra fee for picking up. Upon placing your order to be picked up please wait for a confirmation email before coming in to pick your order up. This will ensure that it is ready.
Damaged and missing parcelsFor all inquiries about your shipped parcel please contact us via the chatbox. Please refrain from calling our store as they are not equipped to help you with your issue. We respond to cases as soon as we can.
If you would have any issues and would like us to review any damage, please provide us proof and we will review the claim within 7 days after your order is received.
If your products have arrived past their best by date and they were not a clearance item as listed in the product title, then please contact us in the chatbox.
