All Express quotes are calculated by item weight. These orders ship via Express services as soon as possible.
Please check your local food importing laws before purchasing as confiscated items from your local customs and quarantine laws will not be refunded or replaced.
All standard orders are placed in a queue and shipped via standard services. Order wait time may vary due to: American holidays, sales events, container arrivals. USAFoods strives to get your order shipped as soon as possible.
If you require your parcel to arrive before a certain date please use the special instructions box so we can service your order better.
Holiday Cutoff dates:
- Thanksgiving: November 18th.
- Christmas & NYE: December 16th.
- 4th of July: 22nd June.
Pickup option is available for Melbourne and Sydney customers. There is no extra fee for picking up. Upon placing your order to be picked up please wait for a confirmation email before coming in to pick your order up. This will ensure that it is ready. Orders can be picked up during Store hours from Sunday to Monday.
Orders placed after 11am Friday to Sunday can not be picked up on the weekend. Orders will be held for 7 days before being returned to stock. If this occurs a restocking fee of 30% of the order total will be applied. If you cannot make it to the store please contact us so we can arrange shipping or hold it longer.
Damaged and missing parcelsFor all inquiries about your shipped parcel please contact us.
If you would have any issues and would like us to review any damage, please provide us proof and we will review the claim within 7 days after your order is received.
USAFoods will not replace or refund any item that is past it's 'best by' dates, unless the dates received do not match your order.
Postage InsuranceEach order at USAFoods has the option to enable postage insurance. Price is subject to change. To add postage insurance to your order click here
Postage insurance will guarantee that all of your items will make it to you in one piece. If your order has postage insurance USAFoods will replace or refund any item (limited to stock availability) that was broken or damaged in transit.
If your order has arrived damaged please contact us at email@example.com with your order number along with photographs of the damaged item.
Authorization to leave any parcel on premises or in an non-secure location may void postage protection option. In this case you may be refunded for the postage protection option instead of the products damaged.
