In the early 1900's, American enterprise was in full flight and the chocolate industry did not miss out. Manufactures co-existed nicely but then in walked innovation. We politely touch on the aphrodisiac properties of chocolate and talk about something that is not really part of Australian culture, the Sampler.
Then the most amazing segment - regional varieties. This would make a state x state road trip worth the drive. Damn there are some yummy pickings to be had.
