Ingredients: Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Contains Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin And Folic Acid), Non-Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Sugar, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Buttermilk Solids, Corn Flour, Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Dextrose, Soybean Oil, Mono And Diglycerides, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Citrus Fiber, Egg Albumin, Caramel Color. Contains Wheat, Milk, And Egg.
Instructions: To make 5-6 pancakes use 1 cup mix and 1/2 cup milk or water. To make 11-14 pancakes use 2 cups mix and 1 cup milk or water. To make 17-19 pancakes use 3 cups mix and 1-1/2 cup milk or water. Heat griddle to 350 degrees F or heat skillet or griddle on stove over medium heat (water should sizzle and then evaporate). Measure mix by lightly spooning into measuring cup and leveling off the top. 1. Stir milk or water and mix until just moistened. Batter should be thick and lumpy, but pourable. If batter is too thick, add milk or water (up to 1/3 cup for 2 cups of mix). 2. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot, lightly greased or non-stick griddle or skillet. 3. Cook for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes on each side or until golden brown, turning when bubbles on surface begin to pop and edges look dry. Turn only one time or pancakes will be tough. Waffles: Combine 2 cups of mix with 1 cup of milk or water and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Stir into hot, lightly greased waffle maker. Cook until steaming stops. Makes 10 4-inch waffles.
