Mall Food - Episode 80
With suburban sprawl came the requirement for central convenience and the mall was created. And where's there's shopping there's food.

As it now turns out, shoppers spend 20% of their time in the for court. The 70's and 80's saw boom in growth and popularity. American culture, particularly on the West Coast was popularised on TV and in movies.

How many of these ring a bell; Hickory Farms, Hot Sam, Hot Dog on a Stick, Old Time Burrito, Orange Julius and Cinnabon? The list goes on and like always, we rekindle memories of yesteryear.

We do have a special guest this week. He has a bit of influence over what we order and can reveal a few secrets on some incoming surprises.
