Zach's Texas Style Bar-B-Que Hickory Rub is a recent addition to our product portfolio. This product has a very delicate Bar-B-Que flavor without a dominant flavor of chili powder found in most Bar-B-Que rubs. The balance of brown and white sugar with a hint of natural hickory smoke powder and other spices make this an excellent choice for Pork, Chicken and other delicate proteins. You can even put this product on potatoes and make a sweet and smokey addition to any meal.

Generously rub the seasoning on the meat of choice and place in a plastic bag. Allow the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours for best results.

1 lb of Rub will season approximately 30 lbs of meat.
