Melinda's Green Sauce 12oz

A delicious condiment of spinach, cilantro, garlic, and peppers. Our philosophy is simple. Heat and flavor mean everything. In Melinda’s Kitchen, Green Sauce is crafted by blending together a lot of good green stuff. We mix jalapeños, tomatillos, spinach, and cilantro with lime and garlic. We also add a little red habanero or as we like to call it, a little Dragon fire! This sauce is bright, tangy, herbaceous, spicy, and delicious!

Ingredients: white vinegar, jalapeño pepper mash, water, green tomato, sugar, cilantro, spinach powder, garlic, lime juice, salt, habanero pepper mash, citric acid, xanthan gum.

Uses: great on barbacoa and carnitas, gyros, rice and beans, hummus, raw or roasted vegetables, any Asian, Indian, or Middle Eastern cuisines.

Allergy information: May contain traces of tree nuts (coconut). This product is manufactured in a plant that processes: egg, soybeans, wheat.
