It's time to put on your finest and sit up straight at the table because we'll be eating something special tonight and the Queen is coming over.
To help celebrate Her Royal Highness's Platinum Jubilee we did a spot of research into the particular commemorative meals that one might expect to part-take in. Such delights as jubilee chicken, sausage rolls, duck eggs, Craster kipper pate, Victoria sponge and other mouth-watering delights. Of course all knocked back with a swizzle of Coronation Fizz. Sounds marvellous.
Along the way we discover what so of the more well to do institutions prepared and look at Jubilee menus from the last 70 years.
