Ingredients: SPICES (INCLUDING CELERY SEED AND RED PEPPER), SALT, PAPRIKA, SUGAR, AND CARAMEL COLOR.
Instructions: Coat 1 lb. firm fish fillets, such as catfish, salmon, tuna (1/2-inch thick), or shrimp with 2 tsp. seasoning. Sauce in 1 tbsp. butter in a skillet, over medium heat 4-5 min. per side or until done. For more authentic blackening results, cook outdoors in a cast-iron skillet over high heat on the grill side burner.
