Ingredients: STONE GROUND WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, WHOLE DRIED CULTIVATED BLUEBERRIES (CULTIVATED BLUEBERRIES, SUGAR, SUNFLOWER OIL), MALT EXTRACT, BROWN MILLED FLAX SEED, WHEAT STARCH, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA, SALT, NATURAL BLUEBERRY FLAVORING.

Directions:

Instructions: Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins: 1 box (6 oz) Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffin Mix; 2 tablespoons sugar; 3/4 cup milk; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 1 egg. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 5-6 muffin cups with paper liners. Place Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffin Mix into mixing bowl and blend in sugar; add vegetable oil, milk and egg. Mix just until blended. Spoon batter into greased or lined muffin cups. Bake for 16 minutes. Yield: 5-6 muffins. Mini Blueberry Muffins: Use the same ingredients listed above. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease mini muffin tins. Place Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffin Mix into mixing bowl and blend in sugar; add vegetable oil, milk and egg. Mix just until blended. Fill mini muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 20-24 mini muffins.
