Remove dish From microwave And allow To cool for 1 minute.Caution: dish will be hot. Slowly stir in 2 1/4 cups water And special seasonings And one 14 1/2 oz can Of tomatoes, undrained, chopped. Cover and microwave, at high 19 To 21 minutes or until rice is tender. Letstand 3 minutes before serving.
